Come and join us for a great afternoon of Petanque!
Saturday 26th September – 2.30 pm – 5.30 pm
The Stanley Bay bowling club in Devonport has 8 piste available as well as clubrooms. Bring along afternoon Tea to share.
It will be a fun format with prizes to be won during afternoon tea in the club room after play has finished.
26th September is also the Devonport ride so after you can get changed and have your lunch at our place – then go down to the clubrooms.
There will be Boules available to use, but bring your own if you have them, and the Stanley Bay club will provide helpers to advise on the rules and how to play.
Please note: this is the same day as my Devonport Saturday ride & currently you’ll need to catch the 8.15 am ferry.
If you are bringing afternoon tea to share you can drop it off at our place, or if coming over on ferry then Sarah will be there with her car to take it back to ours for later.
For those coming over for the event in the afternoon then ferries run on the hour, so you can get the 2pm from Auckland.
15 mins past the hour for return with a linking bus to take you to & from the bowling club.
NB: Check the timetable for any alterations closer to the event.
