This form is printed using this link by the ride leader and is completed by each rider before the start of the ride and includes the names and contact details of each member on the ride.
From the 1st November 2020, there is also an online ride statistics form for Ride Leaders to post the ride statistics for the day into the clubs ride statistics database.
The online statistics form is completed by the ride leader and submitted online after the ride. You can use your cellphone to submit the ride statistics. (Link below)

If Leaders cannot complete the online form they should email the paper form to stats@acta.org.nz
