The Kemplen’s Greenspeed Recumbent Tandem Tricycle is for sale and as Colin says – 

It’s more fun than a possum up your trousers.

It’s a long sleek trike and very fast with excellent road holding. The armchair-like seats mean it’s very comfortable and you can’t possibly fall off!

It features disc brakes, balloon tyres and eighty-one gears to choose from. The Captain controls the nine-speed rear cluster and the triple speed rear hub (9 x 3 = 27) with the Stoker in charge of the triple chainset. (3 x 27 = 81). This gives a huge range from the very high and fast top gears to the very low bottom gears.

It’s very easy to transport and is offered with a custom-built lightweight aluminium trailer with tie-down strops and a water-proof cover. 

It’s in top condition and has been regularly serviced. It’s garaged in Matamata and ACTA members who are interested are welcome to take it for a test ride at any time.

Bike Wanted
